Shipping policy

We provide free shipping of products across Canada for orders of $100 or more. We aim to ship within 1-5 business days using Canada Post. We do not offer free shipping on our rental hospital grade breastpumps & scales outside of Toronto & GTA due to the weight and insurance costs.

We also aim to deliver quicker within the Toronto & the wider GTA area where we have a dedicated delivery service. This dedicated delivery service is used for our Breastpumps & Scale orders, where possible we will hand deliver your order in this method.

Our free delivery option is available if you meet one of the following conditions.

  1. We offer free local delivery in the Oakville, ON area.
  2. We offer free delivery of our rental products (Medela Symphony, Ameda Platinum, Medela Weigh Scale) with 100km of Oakville, Ontario. We also will pick up for free.
  3. We offer free delivery of our product orders over $100 in value anywhere in Canada.

If you would like to ship one of our rental products outside of 100km delivery range then we would provide a quote for this. This is due to the weight & value of the products. For example the normal delivery charge to Ottawa would be $20 one way. 

We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages via a third party. Please note if a tracking number is provided and shipping confirmation is indicated you will need to follow up directly with the shipping company to initiate a claim. (E.g Canada Post, fedex, UPS, etc)

We currently do not ship internationally. We only ship within Canada.
