When renting an Ameda or Medela breast pump your will require the personal kit to use with the pump. We have a full stock of the personal kits, breast shields and parts to deliver to you with the pump.

You may be supplied with the kit when you are using a pump in hospital. If so make sure you keep hold of the kit so you can use this when you get home.

The personal kit contains the tubing, membranes, bottles and all the parts that come in contact with your body. This is yours to keep and we have moms telling us they still have the kit from their last baby! So keep it safe.

We deliver and pickup for free within Toronto and the GTA. We cover most of southeast Ontario from Niagara to Oshawa to Orangeville to Guelph & Kitchener/Waterloo. 

If you are located outside of this area please give us a call and we can check. We also have pumps being delivered to Ottawa and Calgary so we can ship to you.

We will give you a call to check on your delivery time. We have a few deliveries each day so we just need to work out our schedule and fit in with your time.

We know you have appointments with the baby so we will do our best to work around your schedule and we have not let anyone down over thousands of deliveries.

We are travelling across the GTA every day so we can deliver within an hour or one day depending on our schedule. We are closed weekends but will deliver first available slot on Monday if you book over the weekend.

You will accept the rental agreement terms when renting the first month. In the unlikely event you damage the pump then Ameda/Medela will provide us with an estimate of the cost to repair and this will be charged to your card. We do not charge any damage deposits to keep your costs down. Please treat the pump like it was your own so another new mum can get the use without delay.

If you are going to be pumping long term then we are delighted to offer a free month by selecting our 6 for 5 deal at checkout.

This will lock in the special pricing with our Medela & Ameda rental products and you can then take advantage of the long term rental by getting one month free.

This offer is available on extensions also within the first month of your rental. Unfortunatly we are unable to refund or cut the rental short once selected, we will have committed to the pump for the 6 month period so be before ordering for 6 months its a good idea to be sure you will be pumping that long.

It often is! We will provide reciepts and any information you need to support your claim. Unfortunately, this is not a question we can answer for everyone and you would have to contact your individual healthcare insurance provider to understand specifically what is covered. Your insurer may require a prescription from your Doctor or healthcare provider to reimburse you for your breast pump. We have had many families successful in claiming the pump rental on their health care insurance, we can provide invoices and receipts to support your claim. We suggest speaking with your Doctor prior to renting if you need a prescription for your pump rental.
